| 摘 要： | 随着互联网时代的到来,我国网络违法犯罪案件也随之增多.网络盗窃案件作为网络违法犯罪中典型类型,一直处于高发态势.网络盗窃案件可以划分为盗窃银行系统资金、盗窃网络虚拟财产、盗窃电信资费三种类型,具有很大的危害性,应当从完善法制建设、加强技术防范措施、提高全民防范意识等方面来防范网络盗窃案件的发生.

| Abstract: | With the advent of the Internet age,network crimes increased as well.Net theft,as a typical type of net crime,has been in a high state.Net theft can be divided into the following three types: theft of funds from banking system,theft of virtual property in the network,theft of telecommunications charges,and it is of great harm.To prevent net theft from happening,building of the legal system should be completed,technological preventive measures enhanced,and the people's awareness improved. |
