| 摘 要： | 从2003年全国公安宣传处长会议上正式提出警察公共关系的理念至今,关于警察公共关系建设的理论研究和实践在全国范围内不断展开。本文对近年来关于警察公共关系建设研究的文献进行梳理,运用行动与结构的相关理论分析和总结警察公共关系中的要素及其关系。

| Abstract: | From the National Publicity Director Conference which formally proposed the idea of police public relations in 2003,the theoretical study and practice has been conducted nationwide.This thesis hackles recent literature researches on the construction of police public relations,analyzes and summarizes the elements and correlations of police public relations by using the correlative theories of action and structure. |
