| 摘 要： | “法治”既是一个法学概念,更是一个政治学概念。“法治”是法与政治的关系最为集中的体现;“法治”内含政治正义等基本的政治价值;法治是政治权力运行的基本限度;法治是理性的政治、驯服的政治、有序的政治、和谐的政治;法治的实施依赖于宪政民主制度。
