| 摘 要： | 法律文书要求语言准确,是由写作本质和其作为执法工具所决定的。探讨和追求法律文书语言的准确性应从语言运用符合实际,用语符合语法逻辑,用语不产生歧义等方面加强研究和学习。要正确理解法律文书的语言准确,还要处理好语言准确和模糊语言的关系,法律文书语言准确和文学语言准确的差异性。

| Abstract: | The nature of legal writings and its function of enforcing law call for language accuracy.The exploration and pursuit of accuracy in legal writings will be unfolded in such aspects as the practical use of the language,the correctness in grammar,and no ambiguities.To understand the accuracy of language in legal writings requires properly dealing with the relationship of accurate language and fuzzy language,and the difference between the accuracy of the language in legal writings and in literature. |
