我国法学教育的反思与改进

目前我国传统的法学教育与国外相比却显落后。在注重理论教育的基础，加强职业教育是我国法学教育改革的方向。要实现这一目标，必须对我国现行课程知识结构、教学方法、教学评价方式做出适当调整，切实突出实践性教学在法学教育中的地位，推广案例教学法和诊所式法律教育。
