| 摘 要： | 循环经济法制在中国建立及健全的切入点或突破口应首先着眼于研究上比较方法的运用。这其中既包括不同学科视野下对循环经济问题研究的比较,也包括世界不同国家、地区循环经济法制理论与实践的比较。对循环经济法制保障国际经验的分析和借鉴应该成为我们研究的现实起点。
