| Abstract: | The public security organ is on guard against bad elements making trouble and engaging in sabotage in conformity with legal provisions because of its political attribute and basic responsibilities.Public security organ should mobilize all positive factors and adopt vigorous measures under the leadership of the Party to carry the work a step forward for the social defence system. |
