| 摘 要： | 巡逻勤务在我国起步较晚,尚未形成较完整的体制,对巡逻警察的评估方式也存在很多问题。建立以巡警“自我管理”为支撑的巡逻勤务记录制度将是一个有益的尝试,使巡逻勤务真正实现“发案少,秩序好,群众满意”的目标。

| Abstract: | The patrol duty in our country hasn't existed for a long time and hasn't formed into a complete system yet.So
there are still many problems in evaluating the Patrol duty.To establishing the register mechanism based on self-management
will be a helpful experiment and achieve the goal of less cases,goal of less cases ,good order and the satisfaction of the masses. |
