侦查终结相关问题辨析

Discussion on Some Issues Related to Detection Closing

Detection closing is the final procedure of criminal case investigation in public security organs and plays a key role in criminal proceedings. There exist many shortcomings and defects both in the theory and design of the investigation system in our country, which brings about the confusion of legal application. This thesis holds that fixing the investigation period, defining the conditions of detection closing, establishing a system of transferring all the files and perfecting the supervisory and regulatory system and relief mechanism are effective methods of resolving the current problems.
