| 摘 要： | 公安监管场所承担了保障刑事诉讼顺利进行和行政处罚正确实施的重任.鉴于监所安全事故形成的主客观因素,要结合法律赋予公安监管部门的职能,分析监所管理中的各个环节,从监所安全事故形成的原因、针对监所安全事故形成的要素去探索防范监所安全事故发生的可行性,有针对性地做好安全防范工作,提升安全系数,确保监所安全.

| Abstract: | Jails assume the heavy responsibility of guaranteeing criminal prosecution and implementation of administrative penalty.Considering the subjective and objective factors of safety-related incidents in jails,the writer analyzes the different aspects of jail administration by referring to responsibilities empowered by laws to jail officers and probes into possibility of preventing jail accidents by targeting their main elements in order to do preventive work better,improve the coefficient and ensure the jail safety. |
