未来西部地区刑事犯罪将呈现五大走势犯罪数量大幅上升,犯罪的质不断发生变化;犯罪重心整体西移;新型犯罪与传统犯罪并存,"五大犯罪"决定内陆刑事犯罪走向;犯罪"六化"特征更加明显;城市、城镇刑事犯罪将左右整个治安形势.面对即将到来的犯罪浪潮,西部地区刑侦工作暴露出明显不足.为此,西部地区刑侦工作必须在观念和行为方式、犯罪测评体系、科技运用、队伍专业化程度和队伍素质结构上作出重大调整,以适应新的形势.

The Trend of Inland Crimes and Perspective of Criminal Investigation Work in the Process of Western Development

The future crimes in the west of China will present five trends : the number of crimes will rise greatly and the criminal feature will constantly vary; the main body of crimes will wholly move to the west;new cimes and traditional ones will co - exist and "the five grave crimes" will determine the inland criminal trend; the sixth grave crime will become more and more obvious; the crimes in cities and towns will influence the whole public order situation.With the commencement of the crime, the investigative work in the west is exposed to be obviously insufficient. So in order to adjust to the new situation, the investigative work in the west must be greatly adjusted in ideology and action, criminal evaluation system,application of science and technology ,rank professionalism and contingent performance structure.
