| 摘 要： | 近年来,全国各地公安机关正在不断加大信息化建设的力度并已初见成效,但随着公安计算机通讯网络的发展和相继互联,公安业务的警用信息化建设和信息安全管理方面的问题也日益突出。因此,及时有效地解决公安网络建设和警用信息管理中出现的新问题,才能促使公安信息化建设得到健康有序的发展。
