加强公安道路交通科学管理的实践和认识

随着我国改革开放的深入推进和经济的快速发展，道路交通管理面临着许多新形势和新任务。近年来，上海交警以道路交通管理为中心，着眼于服务经济建设，创新管理理念，转变管理方式，破解道路交通管理难题，将信息化建设和科学管理与道路交通管理各项重点工作有机结合，从实践和认识上作了全面积极探索，明显提高了交警的工作能力和道路交通管理信息化、规范化、集约化水平。

In recent years, Shanghai traffic police, focusing on road traffic administration and with a view to serving economic construction, have innovated the administrative idea, transformed the administrative fashion, solved road traffic administrative problems,integrated the construction of informationization and scientific administration with various pivot tasks of road traffic administration, conducted an all- around and positive exploration from the viewpoint of practice and understanding, distinctly improved the working capability of the traffic police and the informationization, standardization and intensivism of the road traffic administration.
