| 摘 要： | “网格化”街面巡逻机制是适应新形势、探索特大城市警务运作机制所推出的一项重大举措,重视巡逻盘查效能与侦察思维尤其是现场意识运用,有利于公安机关确立执勤作战型取向,有利于提高公安巡逻民警及时有效发现、制止犯罪和捕捉犯罪嫌疑人的能力。

| Abstract: | Reticulation"street patrol mechanism is an important act presented to adapt to the new situation and explore policing operating mechanism in metropolis. Stressing on the efficiency and function of patrol interrogation and examination and the application of detective thinking especially on - the - spot awareness, is favorable for public security organ to establish duty orientation of campaign, favorable to improve the ability of the patrol police to find and stop crimes in time and effectively and to arrest the criminal suspect. |
