| 摘 要： | 行政审批制度改革后,公共场所治安管理工作面临极大的挑战。客观存在的治安问题将更复杂,管理滞后现象仍然存在,法律法规还待进一步完善。在新形势下,必须以改革和创新的精神,积极探索加强公共场所治安管理的对策。

| Abstract: | After the reform of the executive right of examination and approval, the peace order administration work in public places has faced a great challenge. The objective peace order problem will become more complex, administration lagging behind will continue to remain, rules and regulations need further improving. In the new situation, we must probe and find the countermeasure to strengthen the peace order administration in public places. |
