群体性矛盾的成因、特点及对策

处理群体性矛盾是我们公安工作的重点之一.这类矛盾的基本形式有群众与群众的矛盾、群众与集体的矛盾、群众集体与国家之间的矛盾等.这类矛盾是人民根本利益一致基础上的矛盾,是社会主义自我完善、自我发展中的矛盾,通过及时化解,就能将其转化为推动社会进步的力量.反之,这类矛盾如不及时处理或处理不当,极易激化而引发恶性事件,影响正常的工作、生活秩序,造成社会不安定局面.

Cause of Formation, Character and countermeasure of the Contradiction Characteristic of the masses

It's one of the focal points for our public security organ to deal with the contradiction characteristic of the masses. The basic forms of this contradiction are: the contradiction between the masses themselves, the one between the masses and the state. This kind of contradiction is based upon the unity of the people' s fundamental interests, which is to perfect and develop socialism by itself. When solved in time, it will be in turn converted into the power to promote society to make progress. Otherwise, if this kind of contradiction is not coped with in time or properly, it' s extremely easy to be worsened and result in pernicious incidents, and thus affecting the normal order of work and life and causing uncertain social situation.
