关于培育“人民警察核心价值观”的若干思考

人民警察核心价值观是警察组织中居于统治地位、发挥支配作用的核心理念。大力培育具有时代特点的人民警察核心价值观，不断强化广大民警的精神支柱，不仅是提升公安机关战斗力的现实需要，也是全面推进公安队伍建设的迫切要求。科学地推动人民警察核心价值观的培育，使之成为广大民警的立身之本、从警之根、精神之基、动力之源，是摆在我们面前一个重大而又现实的课题。

Consideration about Cultivating the Core Values of Police

The core values of police are kernel concepts which hold an important post and play a big role.In order to cultivate the core values of police with epochal characters,we must strengthen the moral support for police.It is practical need to promote the combat effectiveness and carry forward the building of public security troops.Therefore,it is a question for study to scientifically promote the cultivating the core values of police and make it become a driving force for police.
