| 摘 要： | 当今社会，网络正以惊人的发展速度影响着我们工作生活的方方面面。网络在给予我们方便和快捷的同时，涉网犯罪的出现也带了一系列值得我们思考的问题。预防和打击涉网犯罪须完善立法和司法，加强宣传教育和技术防范，提高公安机关侦办人员的业务素质。

| Abstract: | With the development of networks,people are facing the worse crime on networks,especially more and more crimes and behaviors using Internet to service for the traditional crime at the present time.We studied the forms,characteristics,situations and reasons of crime on networks.Therefore,we should establish the concepts of police equipped with technology and information in order to take strict precautions against the criminal behaviors on networks. |
