计算机取证面临的挑战及其应对措施

随着计算机硬件技术的快速发展和网络应用的普及，计算机犯罪取证工作的难度越来越大。目前，电子证据的分析和取证主要还是依赖人工进行。为有效打击计算机犯罪，警察机构要在坚持全面、可信、准确和符合法律法规规定进行计算机取证的基础上，充分利用已有资源，通过开展现场取证、加强合作与分层培训以及改进计算机取证的手段与工具，进一步提高取证的速度与效率，加强计算机犯罪取证的工作措施。

Growing Challenge of Computer Forensics and Its Countermeasures

With the development of networks,people are enjoying the convenience and advantages of computer while facing the worse crime on networks,especially more and more crimes and behaviors through Internet at present.At the same time,the quick development of information technology prompts the forward of the computer forensics because of its pivotal position for investigation.Computer forensics,also called medical jurisprudence with computer,regards the working environment of computer as the scene of a crime,applies theory to practice,searches for the computer crime and collects its evidence.It is a laborious job for investigator to carry out investigation and obtain evidence of the crime on networks.Therefore,the investigator should be trained with technology and information and cooperate with each other in order to take strict precautions against the criminal behaviors on networks.
