| 摘 要： | 将契约理论和原则运用于公安实践,对促进公安工作、推进“诚信公安”建设、激发队伍活力、密切警民关系等起到了积极的作用。在公安警务活动中要正确理解契约的精神,纠正一些错误的认识,适当借鉴和运用契约的原则,并结合警务实践不断完善契约文化,使契约文化发扬光大。

| Abstract: | Applying contract theory and principles to public security practice plays a positive part in promoting police work, advancing the construction of ＂faithful and honorable public security＂, inspiring the police team vitality and tightening the police- citizen relationship. In policing activities, we should rightly catch on the spirit of contract, correct some improper understandings, adequately use the contract principles for reference, and incessantly perfect contract culture according to the policing practice so as to carry forward the contract culture. |
