| 摘 要： | 警察圈套也叫诱惑侦查、侦查陷阱,它似一把双刃剑,用好了有利于公安刑侦工作,用不好会有损公安形象。国际社会对警察圈套各有不同的规定,根据我国情况可以有条件地使用。使用警察圈套时应该注意五大限制,并应正确处理警察圈套的设置不当。

| Abstract: | Police Trap is also called detection of beguilement or detective pit. It is like a two- edged sword, which can facili atate police work of detention if well used, otherwise, will do harm to the image of the police. There are various provisions about police trap in the world, and we can apply it within the defined conditions in our country. There are both benefit and malpractice when using it. We shall notice the five limitations. We should properly deal with the installment of police trap. |
