| 摘 要： | 武术散打技能训练是警察院校的一项重要的实践教学内容。头部是武术散打实战训练中学员最易受伤的部位之一。因此,训练中应坚持科学训练,减少发生损伤的原则,合理安排教学与训练内容,做好预防措施;全面掌握正确的技术动作;重视准备活动;加强医务监督四个途径来预防和减少损伤。

| Abstract: | Martial skill training is important practical teaching content in college school.The head is the most vulnerable part of injuries in combat training.So we should insist on the principle of scientific training and reducing injuries,make enough prevention measures through reasonable teaching and training plan,master proper and complete technical skills,emphasize preparation activities and strengthen medical supervision to prevent and reduce injuries. |
