民警心理危机的干预与组织支持

由于警察职业具有高强度、多应激、多风险等压力密集的特点,使民警个体可能较多地经历一些工作生活的创伤事件。民警暂时失去应对能力和心理失衡的心理危机状态一般要经历三个阶段,出现四种结果。为及时有效地为民警的心理危机状态提供组织支持,文章认为各地应在建立民警心理健康教育长效机制的同时,确立心理危机干预的组织保障机构,形成心理危机干预的实施预案,在民警深感孤独、痛苦和内心无助的特殊时期,及时给予心理疏导与组织关爱。

Intervention and Organizational Support on Police Psychological Crisis

The work of police has several features of thick pressure of high intensity,more stress,more risks and so on,which make policeman experience wound things in work and living.The psychological crisis situation in which police lose reaction ability and become unbalanced in psychology temporarily will go through 3 phases and produce 4 results.In order to give organizational support for police＇s psychological crisis timely and effectively,the author thinks organizational guarantee institutions should be built for intervening psychological crisis,execution draft on the intervention of psychological crisis should be formed as well as setting up long-term mechanism on police＇s psychological health education in order to give psychological leading and organizational love to police when they are lonely,painful and helpless in mind.
