| 摘 要： | 基层警察工作倦怠主要表现在出现躯体症状、情绪情感极度疲劳、职业人格品质缺失三个方面。针对其形成原因,可以从组织对警察的管理策略,建立对警察、警属的身心关爱与支持机制,对个体实施不同层次的心理品质训练等方面进行有效的干预。
