罪犯感化教育的学理基础

感化教育是现代监狱行刑的重要原则。人类的学习本性不仅使受教育成为必要,而且使其固定为社会化的一种需求。更重要的是,人性可以借助充足和完善的教育进行重塑。由于犯罪是一种社会化缺陷的反照,因而罪犯教育实际上是一个再社会化的过程。罪犯教育矫正的原理即在于通过良好教育使其重获守法的心理倾向,增强抑制犯罪的心理力量。从社会学、人性论与犯因性的学理角度来看,罪犯感化教育不仅事属可行,而且具有重要价值。
