| 摘 要： | “遵守交通信号，安全文明出行”是首个“全国交通安全日”的主题。根据目前我国交通参与者对于道路交通信号的普遍认知情况以及由此造成的严重后果，探索实现“遵守交通信号，安全文明出行”的有效措施和途径，对于改善我国交通安全现状问题意义重大。
