| 摘 要： | 公安机关及其人民警察对于报案、控告、举报、投案、移送的治安案件应当依法受理,它对加强社会治安综合治理,采取有效措施,化解社会矛盾,增进社会和谐,维护社会稳定,预防违法犯罪,保护合法权益,教育和处罚违反治安管理行为人具有重要的意义.
