| 摘 要： | 发展警察文化也是发展生产力,抓好警察文化就抓住了提升公安机关战斗力的关键。发展警察文化是基层公安机关形势所需,是民警精神所求。公安机关发展警察文化,首先要求领导重视,通过引导激励的方法开展警察文化工作,并且以软硬件方面均衡配套为保障。
