论遏制酒后驾驶违法行为的对策和思路

酒后驾驶是严重的交通违法行为之一,是引发重特大交通事故的隐患,各国均对酒后驾驶违法行为执行了严格的处罚。针对我国因酒后驾驶引发的严重后果,公安部在全国部署开展了酒后驾驶违法行为专项整治行动。但酒后驾驶要从根本上得到整治,除了通过完善相应的法律法规、加大交通管理部门的惩处力度等措施外,还需要调动各方面力量,形成全社会齐抓共管的局面,确实让＂喝酒不开车、开车不喝酒＂成为全社会的共识和自觉行动。
