| Abstract: | Factors affecting police career identity can be divided into individual factors, organizational factors and social factors. To improve career identity of police effectively, we can start from conducting ideological education of police, cultivating professional psychological quality of police, carrying out the strategy of ＂preferential treatment to the police＂, building team innovation and enriching the cultural life of police camps. |
