被拐卖人弱点与拐卖犯罪研究

心理困厄与现实困境、经济贫穷与精神贫困、家庭关系不谐与追求暴富、情感障碍与自身弱点、在逃避与追求中冒险、经济与市场的魔棍,或自己内心或外部环境使被拐卖人形成能被案犯所用的弱点,使其难于求助社会与实现自救,等等,这些形成了拐卖案件妇女所面临的现实境遇。她们在这境遇中与其买者相遇,成为买卖关系中的弱势群体,其纽带便是经济权利之弱。

Research on the Weakness of Abducted Person and Human Abducting and Selling Crime

Psychological distress and realistic trouble ,financial difficulty and mental misery, disharmonious family relationship and hunting for sudden wealth, emotional obstacles and own weaknesses, risking in escape and pursuit, the magic wand of economy and market, own mentality or external environments constitute victims＇ weakness that could be exploited by criminals, which make it difficult for them to seek help from society and realizing self - salvation. All of these make up realistic situation that women in abduction confront. The victims meet with the illegal dealers in the circumstances and become a disadvantaged group in the dealing. Its link is the weakness of economic right.
