利用视频侦查方法实现刑事案件的侦破

自《刑事诉讼法》明确视听资料作为证据之一后,视频侦查被作为一种新的侦查方法开始使用,目前已经在侦查实践中得到广泛的应用,与刑事技术、行动技术、网侦技术并称为侦查破案四大支撑技术.关于视频侦查的研究,各地公安机关从实践办案角度总结了许多办案经验,国内视频、影像专家对解读视频及影像技术标准有所建树等.在此基础上,本人对视频图像侦查方法进行归纳总结,提出个人的观点.

Realization of Tracking down the Criminal Cases with Video

Since Criminal Procedure Law clearly defined that audiovisuals could he evidence,video detection began to be used as a new investigation method. At present, it is applied widely in investigation practice and is called four supporting technologies for detection with criminal technology, action technology and network detection. Public security organs at all levels talked about much experience on video detection in handling cases from practice. Domestic experts in video and photography did contributions to explaining video and im- aging technology standards. On the basis of these, the author summarized investigation methods with video and put forward some personal ideas.
