检察机关案件流程管理模式的若干思考

实现检察案件管理模式的现代化,要分析研究案件质量管理自身的特点以及与全面质量管理模式间的趋同性,准确地寻找两者的结合点。科学构建检察案件管理模式的目标是实现检察化,要吸收现代质量管理模式的精华,又符合检察规律;科学的管理模式要解决成本大、程序繁琐的问题,以增强案件流程管理模式的操作性和实用性。

On Administration Pattern of Case Flow of Procuratorial Organs

It is necessary to analyze the identity of the characteristic of case quality management and general quality management to modernize the administration pattern of procuratorial case.The administration pattern of procuratorial case should be rational- ly established to accomplish the purpose of modernization with the basis of the distillate of modern quality management mode and procuratorial doctrines;therefore the cost should be reduced and the procedure should be simplified to increase the feasibility and practicability of the administration pattern of case flow.
