| 摘 要： | 现代社会任何权力都必须有制衡和监督,对审判权的监督实质上是对其是否合法行使进行监督.法院裁判的确定性和客观性是对法院裁判进行监督的前提.民事检察监督是一项符合我国国情的重要制度,应通过明确民事检察监督的范围、规范检察机关和当事人的关系来完善民事检察监督.

| Abstract: | In morden society,power must be restricted and supervised.In fact,the supervision of judicial power is uhether it is legal or not.The definitude and objectivity of court judge is the premise of supervision.Civil prosecutorial supervision is an important system which conforms to our country's condition,it must be reformed through definiting the scope of civil prosecutorial supervision and regularizing the relation between the prosecutorial organization and parties. |
