| 摘 要： | 检察机关的宪法定位集中体现了中国特色民主宪政思想,我国未来检察权外延应当包括有限的侦查权、完整的公诉权和完善的监督权.强化法律监督职能,应当科学配置检察权,还特别需要加强检察权内部的相互制约.

| Abstract: | The constitutional status of the procuratorial organ embodies the democratic constitutional thought with Chinese char- acteristics and the future extension of the procuratorial power should include limited investigatory power,integrated power of public prosecution and consummated supervisory power.To enhance the function of legal supervision,the procuratorial power should be scientifically distributed,and interior restriction of this State power should be specifically strengthened by which the procuratorial organization will be rationally adjusted to guarantee the implementation of the function of legal supervision. |
