| 摘 要： | 侵犯注册商标权犯罪是我国当前社会经济生活中的一个较为突出的问题。在经济利益的驱动下,各种侵犯注册商标的犯罪屡禁不止,发案率逐年上升。侵犯注册商标犯罪所带来的利益能够得以实现的关键在于假冒注册商标的商品的售出。因此,对刑法中销售假冒注册商标的商品罪进行研究有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | Crime against registered trademark is a comparatively outstanding problem in contemporary China's social economic practice.With the push of getting more economic benefits,various crimes against registered trademark are not stopped although severely prohibited and the rate of that keeps increasing in recent years.Realizing the benefits from infringement of registered trademark depends on the selling commodities bearing counterfeit registered trademarks.Therefore,the study on crime of sell- ing commodities bearing counterfeit registered trademarks has an important theoretical significance. |
