| 摘 要： | 在司法资源有限的条件下,效率越来越成为司法公正的重要内容。在检察改革的进程中,须紧紧围绕如何提高诉讼效率,降低诉讼成本,以实现司法公正这一核心问题来进行,即应着重考虑通过合理、有效、便利、节约的举措,尽量减少工作成本,节省在时间与精力、财力上的消耗。

| Abstract: | On condition of limited judicial resource,efficiency is more and more an important element of judicial impartiality.In process of procuratorial reform,the approach to increase procedural efficiency and reduce judicial cost should be regarded as core issue;therefore several reasonable,available,convenient and economy measures should be taken to furthest decrease working cost and economize the consumption of time,energy and finance. |
