国有企业案件审理工作存在的问题及对策

国有企业纪检监察机构做好案件审理工作具有十分重要的意义。针对当前部分固有企业纪检监察机构案件审理人员配备不齐、业务水平不高、思想认识和政策水平不足等问题，从案件审理的基本要求和原则、政策水平和业务能力、发挥治本功能、提高科学化水平和注重创新等方面，有针对性地做好案件审理工作。
