| 摘 要： | 加大在非公有制经济组织中党建工作的力度是党的十八大提出的重要课题。创新非公有制经济组织党建工作，一要正确把握新形势下非公有制经济组织党组织建设现状。二要剖析非公有制经济组织党组织建设存在的问题及原因，即思想认识不够统一，党建工作开展不够深入；企业历史发展厚重不一，党建工作开展不够平衡；党员流动性大，党组织不稳固；政策支持激励不够，党建工作创新动力不足等。三要提出加强非公有制经济组织党建工作的对策。

| Abstract: | To increase the work of Party construction in non-public sector of the economy is an important subject in the report of the 18th National Congress of the C. P. C. To innovate the work of Party construction in non-public economy in-volves the following work：First,to correctly grasp the new situation of party construction of non-public economy sector;Sec-ond,to analyze the problems and reasons in the construction of the non-public economy sector Party organization. Third, to put forward countermeasures to strengthen the party construction in non-public sector of the economy. |
