关于“众手成志”的实践与思考

修志历来有“众手成志”之说。众手成志之“众手”，各有所指，各有所用，侧重不同。一是领导“推手”：重视修志工作，人力物力支持；二是供稿人“托手”：提供资料翔实，打好坚实基础；三是专家“拉手”：出谋划策，解疑释惑；四是编辑“抓手”：分工负责，各把一路；五是主编“控手”：谋篇布局，总体把握。“众手成志”，只有众手都出力，并且形成合力，发挥集体智慧，才能成就一部高质量的志书。
