论国企廉洁风险防控常态化机制建设

廉洁风险防控是建设廉洁企业的有效措施。在国企的具体实践中,廉洁风险防控工作仍存在循环管理模式不完善,与企业生产经营和党风廉政建设结合不够紧密的问题。要解决这一问题,应从机制建设入手,针对廉洁风险的基础管理、重点领域和关键诱因,完善利益冲突化解、重点业务监督和风险循环管理三个机制,构建结构严密、运行顺畅、重点突出、措施管用的管理体系,不断推进国企预防腐败工作的开展。

On the Normalization Mechanism of Anti-Corruption in State-Owned Company

Anti-Corruption is the effective way to manage the enterprise smoothly.In the practice of the state-owned company,the work on the anti-corruption still has many problems,such as the imperfect recycling management system ,the loose relationship with the production etc.In order to solve the problems,we should improve the three mechanisms of solving the benefit conflicts,supervising the key business and managing the rick recycling,aiming at the basic management,key field and key reasons.We should build up the effective and efficient mechanism to improve the anti-corruption in the state-owned companies.
