| 摘 要： | 意识形态工作是我党在革命和建设时期动员和团结社会各界力量的重要法宝。改革开放以来,随着社会信息化程度的提高、西方文化的输入和社会阶层的分化,人们的思想观念也呈现出多样化,这些使党的思想基础和政治权威受到了挑战。如何应对这些挑战,努力加强党对意识形态工作的领导,是党必须重视和认真解决的一个重大课题。

| Abstract: | Ideological work is important magic weapon, which our party mobilized and united the powers of social circles m the revolution and construction. With the improvement of information technology and the importation of western culture and the differentiation of social strata and the diversification people＇s ideas, our party was confronted with challenges in ideological base and political authority. To deal with these challenges, strengthen the party＇s leadership over ideological work, our party must conscientiously resolve ideological work. |
