摘    要:典型十字路口作为城市道路交叉口的常见形式,需要根据交通流的运行变化不定期地开展交通组织优化设计工作。传统的设计思路缺乏系统性思维方法的指导,可能导致设计结论的片面性或工作过程的重复性。为了提高交通组织优化设计的工作效率和准确性,对典型十字路口交通组织优化设计的工作流程进行了设计,主要包含概略设计和详细设计两个阶段,概略设计主要是确定交叉口优化改进的方向,详细设计主要是明确交叉口精细化设计的具体方案。按照该设计思路,以某市法院路口为例,提出了交叉口渠化设计、信号配时设计、出入口控制等综合性改善措施和方案,通过方案的效果评价,可以看到,研究路口平峰的空放现象、行人过街安全性得到极大改善,晚高峰路口的服务水平提升到了C级,通行能力得到提升。该典型十字路口交通组织优化设计思路与过程,对同类型路口的交通管控具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:As a common form of urban intersections, typical cross intersections need optimizing in traffic organization design irregularly according to the changes of traffic flow. Traditional design which may lead to the one-sidedness of design conclusion or the repeatability of work process lacks the guidance of systematic thinking method,. In order to improve the work efficiency and accuracy of traffic organization optimization design, the work process is designed, which mainly includes two stages, that is, general design and detailed design. The general design is to determine the optimization direction, and the detailed design is to define the specific scheme of intersection refined design. Comprehensive improvement measures and schemes, such as intersection channelization design, signal timing design, entrance and exit control, are put forward with the intersection of a municipal court as an example. The effect evaluation of the scheme shows that not only the phenomenon of air release at the intersection peak level and pedestrian crossing safety have been greatly improved, but also the service level of the intersection at the late peak has been upgraded to level C, and the traffic capacity has been promoted. The optimizing idea and process for this typical intersection can be used for traffic control at the same type of intersection to reference.
