| 摘 要： | 文章对"次贷"危机的产生根源和风险传导机制研究后指出,我国应建立科学、完善和发达的住房保障制度,以解决中低收入者的住房问题,并使之与房地产市场相衔接。作者就住房保障对象、住房保障监督、住房保障层次、住房保障标准和住房保障管理五个方面提出了具体的政策建议。
