| 摘 要： | 高职院校教学管理活动不同于普通高校,对市场的贴近性要求高职院校的教学管理有其特殊性,文章针对此特殊要求提出两级教学管理要明确管理的重点和职责,管理重心要下移,同时结合高职院校历史背景的状况提出对资源进行结构性重组可能解决现实中的若干难题,最后对两级教学管理的制度建设提出了详尽的看法。
