Review of the Process Jurisprudence in the Contemporary United States

This article gives a brief review of the process jurisprudence in the contemporary United States.The major theoretical orientation of the process jurisprudence is to take constructive postmodern philosophy as the theoretical basis and thinking perspective,from which the article explores new phenomena and problems in legal practices and jurisprudential research like the process of legislation and judicature in the modern western society.The article points out that the practical legislation and judicature activities are an objective and complicated social operation process,and the article advocates union and unity of philosophy,law and religion,and discusses the significance in promoting social harmony.
