摘    要:任务驱动教学法通过真实任务情境的引入,将课堂与学生即将从事的法律职业紧密相连,具有突破传统教学模式的变革意义,与法学教育改革的思路不谋而合,值得在法学教学中进行更广泛的尝试。

Abstract:The task-driven teaching approach introduces a task in a real situation,closely linking classroom learning with the students' legal profession after graduation.As the approach makes a break-through of the traditional teaching mode,it is of transformational significance.The approach happens to coincide with the trend of legal teaching reform and is worthy of wide application in the teaching of legal courses.
