| Abstract: | Terminology issues in the field of the law originate from social change, appearance of loan words, native Chinese language reform, and so on. To get rid of the usage confusion, scholars need to pay great attention before jurisprudential and legal circles can be educated to learn to use words and expressions in the exact sense, so that related concept words and expressions can be used more accurately in our laws and the legal system. |
