| Abstract: | The outbreak and spread of SARS, which has done great harm to mankind, has a close relationship with the environment. The author holds that we should establish the concept of humanism in handling properly the relationship among economy, culture and environment and that we should practice open information and regulate immediate management in dealing with health emergencies. What SARS teaches us is that the recycle economic development model should be our first choice. |
