摘    要:本文主要就日本的劳资争议解决机构——劳动委员会的组成、运作和特征,以及解决争议的三种机制——斡旋、调解和仲裁,作简要介绍和分析,同时对其相互间的差异及其在实践中的应用和演变作简要分析。
